EXCEL Protection from Cut/Paste

I'm needing to add additional protection beyond the normal password protection to an Excel worksheet.  We are sending a protected price model worksheet with hidden columns to a customer for their review.  I know there are ways around the protection access such as cutting and pasting the worksheet into a blank worksheet and that removes the protection and allows the hidden columns to be opened.

Is there a way to lock the worksheet so the cut and paste technique cannot be used?
