Converting OLAP Pivot table to formulas without references

Hi guys,


I have the attached OLAP pivot table example which I already converted to formulas in Excel 2013.

I'd like the formula which is currently in cell B4 to be without any references at all (Currently it contains as you can see references to $B$1,$A4,B$3 cells as you can see).


How can it be done?
