Hi,
I need some guidance here... the menu option "FROM oDATA DATA FEED" is greyed out under the "From Other Sources" button in the GET EXTERNAL DATA group of the DATA tab in Excel 2013, (the "Windows Azure Marketplace" option is the other one that is greyed out, but the other menu options in that menu are available). Can someone tell me why? How do I enable it?
I have a sample file that I does not have this issue and so I can not figure out why the the menu option is available an not in my new file.
Furthermore, if in the new blank file I try clicking CONNECTIONS > Add to the Data Model... , and select one of the .ODC files in the US English language pack it gives me this error message:
"We can't use this type of workbook connection".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
