Hi,
I am using Excel with 2 monitors and it works fine in most cases. However when I use the Paste Special or Format commands from the menu ribbon, the box appears and is split across the monitors making it very difficult to read.
The Paste Special box falls partly outside the Excel window and is split across the two monitors, because I had selected cell A1. Most of the box is at the left-hand side of the main monitor in front of me, but part of it is on the right-hand side
of the left-hand monitor (hope that is clear).
Of course the physical monitors are actually separated by a few inches and so it makes the box very difficult to read and work with. The same thing happens for the Format box. (I have a screen dump but no way to attach it.)
It looks like the boxes are always positioned outside of the main Excel window (very strange). The only to fix this is to shrink the window so that the boxes are then entirely inside the one monitor (though still not inside the Excel window).
By the way, if I move the Excel window entirely to the left monitor and then open a box, it does appear inside the window up against the left-hand edge. But if I open a box near the right-hand edge of this window, it will spill into the right hand monitor. All very annoying.
Thanks for your help.
