PivotTable Operation Failed in cloud environment

PivotTable Operation Failed in cloud environment

I am using OOB “Excel web app” to show excel charts in SharePoint environment, but getting following error while sorting the data according to Director Name.

Site is hosted in cloud environment, so my question is that the PowerPivot functionality is not supported?
