Macro to Delete Specific Text

I have a spread sheet that contians from 10,000 to 20,000 records.  In a column on the sheet is a transaction description in text. 

I have a list of 35 transaction I do not need in the sheet.  I am doing a Find and replace multiple times to delete the transactions I do not want to see. 

Can a macro be written to look for these 35 text items and delete or clear the row?
