I have an odd thing happening. Below is the SUMIF I have. In Sheet4 in column B is the name of cities, if found, need to add the numbers in row O7 thru T7 in Sheet 4. B9 references a city in Sheet22 which is where the formula resides. The formula below is only showing what is in O7 and does not add the others in.
Is there something wrong with the sumif below?
