ActiveX More Controls list incomplete

Hi Guys,

I'm running into an issue where users try to add ActiveX controls to an Excel 2010 worksheet. When they select more controls the list is incomplete. We can only scroll down as far as C.

I realize this is likely because we have applications installed that come with their own controls, but this shouldn't stop us scrolling to the bottom. Any ideas?
