If a client makes changes to an Excel spreadsheet and chooses to “save as”, he gets a message that there is not enough memory. If he then clicks “OK” he then gets another message that Excel stopped working and is being restarted. At that point it’s happy to let him “save as” without error!
I watched the last time he tried. He has 4GB of memory with 32% committed and 365 GB of free hard drive space so I think it is not a real resources problem but yet another weird Excel 2010 foible.
