We have Lenono 32541B6 and S/L MP3C0M1 with windows 8 Pro with preinstalled. We have MS office 2013 in which we are facing a Problem with excel. while useing Excel after some time get "not Responing". and we have tried losts of options by referring Articels and surfing in the internet. Also we have run the recover CD but still same problem.
We have tired with follow things
1 checked the Add-on and unchecked all add on, safe mode also same problem
2 Removing Anti Virus & Firewall, removing canon Scanner and printer driver, some one posted in internet ( from artical)
3 Update OS as well as Office 2013 but same problem
4 format and reinstalled through Recovery CD and Insatalled only Ms Office 2013. Then only same problem,
5 Checked Hardware self Test PASSED OK (Lenovo Customer care said there no problem related with Hardware there is problem with software need to contact with Microsoft,
From last more a month we have tried so many things and different options but same problem.Now our Director not using the laptop because he not able to use the excel. Requesting please do the need full ASAP
