Images Inserted in Excel using VB Script is not visible

Dear Microsoft Evangelist ,

We have developed a VB macro which will copy the images(25-30 images) from the local drive and insert it to the corresponding cell which will be named to have a particular images.

We will repeat the above procedure for multiple sheet(about 10-15 sheets). The images will be inserted in all the sheets correctly as expected.

We have two issues which is making big delay in delivering the projects

1) When we save the excel and send it client , the images are not displayed in the client machine.

Note: We have copied the image files to a location where the client has complete access.

2) When we want to Visualize all the images inserted in the excel in all sheets images are not displayed.

Steps Followed to reproduce the issue:

2.1) In the Sheet1 check all the images.

2.2) Next check all the images in Sheet2.

2.3) Repeat the above procedures for all the sheets.

2.4) When we check the images in Sheet8 or Sheet9 the images are not displayed in those sheets. Also when we come back to Sheet1 or Sheet2 many images are not displayed.

2.5) We need to close the Excel and re-open Excel to be able to Visualize the images again. Now if we start from Sheet8 or Sheet9 the images will be displayed but again the display of images will be off after 7-8 sheets.

Observation Notices:

1) The images are not displayed temporarily , we can say images are not rendered or refreshed cleanly after we move few sheets it takes more time.

2) The Performance in Task Manager shows 6.6GB Memory usage and 12-14% CPU Usage.

3) Once the images are not displaying access to File Menu will stop working. Also Insert Picture option from Insert Tab also will not work. My finding is that any File Open or File Save GUI will not be accessible.

My initial finding leads to Memory and Performance issue with Excel.

System Configuration Details:

OS : 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU
Installed Memory: 24GB
Platform: Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1

Excel Version: 14.0.7116.5000(32-Bit)
Additional Version: Part of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010

Please give me a workable solution at the earliest as it will is resulting in huge time consuming task.

Regards
