when i try install this hot fix (http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=943508&kbln=pt-br) i get this erro message:
Microsoft WSE 3.0 X509 Certificate Tool stooped working.
Error 1722. There is a problem with the windows installer.
