Been looking all over for an answer on this & can't seem to find one that fits my situation. Recently switched to a new computer that has office '13 (32bit) on a 64bit Windows 7 PC. I've already made sure that the ODBC driver is pointed correctly but am still having the problem listed below.
I have queries in MSAccess that I pull into Excel for various scorecards. I keep getting a message that the file specification does not exist. And yet, I can open the base query in Access &
can get to my data in Excel through Microsoft Query (I actually get a table with correct data) but when I try & return the data to Excel or refresh that table I get the file spec message. This is happening to all of my queries.
Example:
Connection string: DSN=MS Access Database;DBQ=M:\release2003.accdb;DefaultDir=M:\;Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)};DriverId=25;FIL=MS Access;MaxBufferSize=2048;PageTimeout=5;
