Add vertical axis on the Plot

Hi,

I have a plot with various data, and one of the categories in the horizontal axis has data with bigger values than the other categories. This makes the other data with smaller values to be lost, because the axis is created automatically.

As such, I want to add another vertical axis which will serve only to the category which has data with bigger values.

I want the data marked with red to be plotted on a vertical axis on the right-hand side, which will have values between 30 - 35, while the other data will remain plotted on the vertical axis on the left-hand but then the values will me more obvious.
