Excel 2013 opens with blank page

We have MS Office 2010 AND 2013 Professional installed in our office. When we open an Excel attachment in Outlook it opens Excel 2013 with a blank page only. If we save the file and then open it the file opens normally.

HOW can I fix this so the attachment opens without first saving the file?
