Finding consecutive values in excel columns

Dear friends,

I have a table with numeric/text data for 6 consecutive years in the below format:

First desired output is: If values are present for 3 or more yrs consecutively then the output should be Y else N

Second desired output is: If values are present for any 3 or more yrs then the output should be Y else N

Please help
