Pivottables: conflict in field settings
There seems to be a conflict in the field settings for pivottables, more specific in de options for showing and calculating subtitles. Excel allows two ways for adjusting the settings: the 'old' 2003 prompt (right-mouse/field settings/layout and print/show subtotals at the top of each group), and via de ribbon (options/field settings/show subtotals at the top of each group). Both these options conflict eachother, making Excel refuse to put the subtotals on top.
After completely disabling both options, and then shoosing only one, subtotals will finally show, but the counts will not be correct.
Please have a look at the below example, to the "Failed-US" subtotals (bold): they should read 24+3=27, but they read 2.
And in the "Must Move Tonight-US" nothing shows. Sorry, the pivot format doesn't copy, so we'll have to do without borders etc. ..

But, when I put the subtotals below the details, they do show correctly.

Is this a known problem ?
Thanks for any feedback on the matter.
