I have an issue when printing some sheets of an excel document, here the context :

The excel file is an old *.xls, and is about 120ko

There is 4 sheet on the file which is stored on a NAS server.

There is no macro or weird datas linked to the file, it's just a simple excel file with calculation tables.

I work with a CITRIX server with Office 2010 installed which have access to the NAS server, so I can open and print my file under the Excel CITRIX.

When I'm trying to print the file from my computer (but with citrix) I don't have any issue.

But when I'm trying to print from another computer (from another location) also with citrix, I can print 2 sheets, but not the 2 others of the file and I get a error message :

"The connection to the server was interrupted before the complete transfer of the document"

in french as I'm not sure of the translation ... :

"La connexion au serveur a été interrompue avant le transfert complet du document"

The weird thing is if I open the file with my excel not the CITRIX one (BTW both are same excel version, but I have some plugin installed on the Excel on CITRIX) I don't have the issue, with the same printer.

I do not understand why I get this error that seems to be very random, even if I can reproduce it on a computer but not every where ...

I'm looking for all idea to find a solution for this issue, as it is very boring to open the file with the CITRIX excel (the plugin allow me to add some data's from a database, but it is not dynamic, I just look for the data, add it in a cell and close the connexion) then to save the file, open it with the excel installed on my computer to print it without issue.
