email contents to excel

I'm using Windows Live Mail 2012 in japanese, and I would like to know if it is possible to get the contents of the e-mail(which comes from a web form data) and export those data to excel.

Example:

Name: Asako Hanada

Address: Tokyo-to blahblah

Then get this information, which is in a plain format, and put in excel, like A1(Name), A2(Asako Hanada)

It may be a very simple question, but as long as I'm not an expert, I'd be really thankful for your help.
