When was he able to access excel last without having issue with enter button. >>It is so that they can work 3-4 weeks long in Excel without a problem than the Excel cell should be always set up manually to be able to work. (Opened Excel Sheet / File / Excel Options / Advanced / Editing options : 'tick" After pressing Enter, move selection Direction: "down" )After setting it up manually people can work again 3-4 weeks long than the problem is the same. And it is since about January 2013. The last time it worked fine was this time till the Middle of August than it had to be set up manually again. It is a very annoying situation to set up the Excel cell direction in every month. That is the reason why customers would like to get a final solution
