Combine Hyperlink and Text to be Hyperlink

Hi guys,

I need your help please to Combine Hyperlink and Text to be Hyperlink in Excel

let us say that i have table in Excel

A1 (ID): 123

A2 (Hyperlink): http://www.XXX.com/forum/newthread.php?do=

A3 (formula): I want it to combine both to be hyperlink like this http://www.XXX.com/forum/newthread.php?do=123

with the option of hiding the link behind two words like (Click Here).
