Excel Cell validation for MS Office 2003

Hi All,

I have scenario where excel needs to validate if a range of cells (any of those) are empty if one cell (same row but not same range) is populated. Is it possible with Validation Menu option or has to be achieved by VBA. Please provide some code snippet if it has to be done in VBA.
