Excel interop problem

Hi
One of my asp.net project , I use interop excel(office 2003). but I have some problems.
1-How can I allow multiple user can insert data insert same excel sheet at the same time?
2-If code crashing there may be more instance of "excel.exe" in server process. it is problem.

Any idea about these problems?
