How to lookup for data in revised offer and fillup the rates in cost comparison sheet

Hi All,

I am working in a Project Mgmt Firm, part of our company scope, we have to evaluate the offers given by various vendors and recommend the lowest vendor, to Client. We have to create a comparison sheet out of Bill of Materials (BoM), shared to all Vendors and fillup the rates given by all Vendors. In general, our BoM will have 500 to 1000 line items and filling up the rates given by all Vendors against each line item takes much time (20 - 30 man hours). Is there any easy way to complete this comparison sheet by making excel sheet refer the offers given by individual vendor and fill-up in the correct cells?
