Randomly, when this particular user wants to open, edit, or print from a workbook Excel 2007 will continously load and never cease. An error message that pops up some time is "Excel is trying to recover data". Other than that I have nothing to go on.
We've tried using safe mod, disabling add-ins, and printing to another printer. Having them print to another printer seems to ease the problem, but it didn't resolve it. The user says this happens with all workbooks not just a particular one.
I was thinking about repairing excel when I got the chance, other than that not sure of my next step.
