Excel wont run when user not logged on to server

Hi,

I have a WebPart that retrieves information from the excel. 

My problem:

I need to be logged on the server to get excel to start and send information to my webpart.

If nobody is logged on the webpart no information comes. 

Running on  

Windows server 2008 R2
