I have a windows 2008 Server R2 Standard service pack 1 virtual machine loaded with Microsoft Office 2007. Our active directory is on a separate virtual machine with Windows Server Standard FE service pack 2 loaded with Windows Small Business Server 2008. When users open Word or Excel, the recently used files they see are mine, the administrator. Also, when do a fresh logon and open Word or Excel, the see a list of my files in the recovery pane. What can I do to eliminate this?
