The process cannot access the file because it is in use by another process.

Hello,

I have a workbook with different sheets and on each sheets there is a pivot table linked to the same .cub file (locally saved).

Now when I open the workbook and start changing the report filters after the 4 pivot (doesn't matter the order of picking the pivots) I get the following error messages:

1) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

or

2) Datafile C:\Cubes\ALL.cub cannot be found. Do you want to make a connection with C:\Cubes\ALL.cub? (if I answer yes I get in a loop and need to close Excel)

Now when I close down Excel and reopen it is working again for 4 pivots. Also note that I can still use the 4 pivots even after I got the message but not a 5 one.

Any idea what can cause this and how to solve, as this workbook needs to be used professionally and reopening it is not really a good solution :-)
