Adding same value to a multi-line cell for multiple rows at a time

Hi -

I am trying to add a value (actually values...) to a cell that currently is a multi-line cell using ALT+Enter to separate the values. I need to add this same value to multiple rows (a couple hundred) in my spreadsheet. It sounds painful to go through this row-by-row and add the same values to the cell. There has to be an easier way, right?  Can anyone help me?

In case my description is not clear enough, here's an example of what I am talking about..

Cell D3 has values        Cell D4 has values (both cells are multi-line, separated by ALT+Enter)

Apple                           Strawberry

Banana    Cherry

Orange   Raspberry

I want to add Lemon to the bottom of the list.  Anyone know how to accomplish this? You will save me HOURS. Thanks!
