Automatic data updation from master sheet to the sectional sheets in excel.

HI,

Question:

For instance,

A department called HR which holds a master data of staff details of its sections

Say, HR Admin, Training and Employee Relations (SECTIONS)

Now what I want is, if I update a new employee details of a particular section in the master data it should automatically get updated in the sectional sheet where that employee belongs. How to work on this with Pivot tables? or is there any other alternatives available?

Hope my question is clear
