importing and labeling last row of data in excel columns to subject line of saved outlook email format

I collect data while drilling and email the data to the client on every collection. I import the data to a processing program, make an asc then convert to excel spaced and deliminated in columns. The client requires the new data(last line only) to be put into the subject line of the email and labeled as such:

SD__TVD__INC__AZI__VS__

The SD is at the bottom of column B, the TVD the bottom of E, the INC the bottom of C, the AZI the bottom D and the VS at the bottom of G.

It would be nice to have a macro that would gather the data, place the appropriate acronyn in front of it and transfer it to the subject line of the saved outlook email format once open.

I have done some reading on it but am confused and not sure where to start.

Thanks for any help-

BA
