How to use VBA to add date as file name suffix?

Hi All, I have hundreds of files in a folder which I have to add file modified date as suffix to existing file name. How to use VBA to execute that tasks.

For example: Filename Last Modified on 2013.02.03 - "SaleList.xls"                                                         Target filename- "SalesList 20130203.xls"
