I have a bunch of pivot tables that I would like to link to several other sheets and hence need specific values to appear at the same location all the time (so that the links remain correct). One way of ensuring that the rows and columns remain constant irrespective of whether some items dont have data is to use the "Show all items with no data on rows / columns" option in the Display tabl of the PivotTable Options.
However, this does not seem to work in Office 2013 64-bit Excel that I recently installed. Has anybody else faced this problem and is there a work around?
