I've been trying to use the "New Web Query" option to import data from a site into an excel spreadsheet. I'm managing over 30 printers so I was looking to put the basic device status (ready, sleep mode, etc), cartridge level, maintenance kit %, and approx pages remaining into a worksheet for easier access, but when I try to create the web query, not only does it only recognize the entire page as an icon (I only want to access specific parts of the page), but when I try to just import the whole page, it's unable to do so. Perhaps i'm missing something?
I'm guessing i'll have to go into the source code to import only the parts of the page I want, but i'm unsure of how to create a web query using source code or where I should begin.
Unfortunately I cannot provide a link for the website, because it can only be accessed on the university server. But, it is a basic HP Device Status page.
