Hi everyone,
I have some Performance Management data with ratings (0-5) for results and behaviors. I would like to be able to show the names of who scores in each quadrant on a matrix for calibration purposes. So, John Smith and Jane Doe scored a 5 on results and 5 on behaviors so their names would be in the upper right hand square. 4 other people may be a 3,3 so they would be in the middle. How would I do this in Excel? Or should I use SSRS? I have very basic programming skills.
Name of employee is in column A, results rating is in column I, behavior is in column J, and the year of the rating is in column M (since I have multiple years of rating although I only want to show one year).
