Lookup value based on Row and Column

I have a spreadsheet as follows

               A           B            C             D

1                        Jan          Feb         Mar

2       2012            1             2            3

3       2013            4             5            6

4       2014            7             8            9

I need a formula to find the data based on column A  Year and then based on Row 1  Month

So for  2013 Feb my answer is 5
