Bookname Error in Recorded Macros

I am writing a number of queries. The biggest problem I have is that when recording macros and opening new workbooks etc it is using book1, 2 etc in order and it will happen that the book opened by the macro wil not be the expected name and then subscript out of range or similar.

Is there a way to open a book and immediatly name it rather than any references to default book1,2 names etc?
