Copy a Pivot into a workbook for each drop down

I have a workbook that will be updated weekly, it has several pivot tables created from the data, with a filter for each sales person.

I need to create a workbook for each sales person, with each of the pivots in, that will filter on their name, and then lock the filter so they can't see other peoples results.

Can someone advise the best way to do this?  I'm assuming it's going to be a macro, but before starting down that road, wanted to see if there was a better way?
