Extract variable length substring from string

Hi,

I need to extract a substring from a variable length string, using Excel formulas. The format of the string is:

"Application Name: MS Office for John Doe"

I just need the application name. The app name will be of varying length, but it will always appear between the ":" and the word "for".

Any assistance would be appreciated.
