Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications.

New Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, Office 2013 Pro Version 15.0.4517.1005, with all updates.

I keep getting this annoying error every day, I restart and it goes away for a while.  I have read through the forums and tried most of what I have read, but have had no luck fixing this issue.  

Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications.

Once the issue starts I can't even open a blank workbook.  However I can open up excel in safe mode.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
