this error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version

Dear All,

I have an excel(.xlsm) with macros enabled. when i try to open it gives below error messages

"Microsoft Visual Basic for application

Compile error in hidden module: AUSWAHLLISTEN.

he error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform, or architecture of this application. Click "Help" for information on how to correct this error."

and also

"Microsoft Visual Basic for application

i am using office 2010 & 2013 Home and business edition on windows 7 professional (x64 bit) please suggest me how to resolve this issue
