How to center center align or text wrapping with custom formats or conditional formatting?

Hello all,

I am working out a report with Pivots. In spite of enabling 'Preserve cell formatting on update' in 'Pivot table options', some of the formatting is getting lost.

Please advise how can I

Center align some of the columns

or

Wrap the text of some of the columns

with

Cell formatting custom formats

or

Conditional formatting

or

some other method.
