Pivot Chart high low ...

Hi

I'm doing an audit on innovation and need to plot some data show the average +- on standard deviation (1 sigma) and found the below graph to be very usable.

However I would like to segment the data in the graph using a pivot table as in the example below where e.g. different organisation levels are included (preferable with different colour for each segment) - but this is not allowed in Pivot Graphing. Any change that there is a workaround?
