Pivot table - Cross table

Hello Everyone!

Using pivot table, can I create a cross table where on the right section (VALUES) it will show the actual and not summarized value of each item on the left? The source file is a list of VINs where each VIN shows up upto 12 times as it is a compilation of 12 consecutive months. I want to create a cross table where I want to have VIN numbers on the left side, I want to have months as columns and values for each month of each VIN number. The value is text format, basically the vallues are Ys and Ns.

Below is what I want to see:

Sum of Utilized Y/NREP DATE
VIN#Aug-11Sep-11Oct-11Nov-11Dec-11Jan-12Feb-12Mar-12Apr-12May-12Jun-12Jul-12
ABC123456YYYYYYYYYYNY
ABC123457YYYYYYYYYNNY
ABC123458YYYYYYYYYYNN
ABC123459YYYYYYYYYYYY
ABC123460NYYYYYYYYYNN
ABC123461YNNNNNNNYYNY
ABC123462NYYYYYYYYYN
ABC123463NYYYYYYYYNNY
ABC123464YYYYYYYYYYNN
ABC123465NYYYYYYYNYNN
ABC123466YNNNNNNNYYYN
ABC123467NYYYYYYYYYYN
ABC123468YYYYYYYYYYYN
ABC123469NYYYYYYYNNYY
ABC123470YYYYYYYYNNYY
ABC123471NNNNNNNNYNYY
ABC123472YYYYYYYYNNYN
ABC123473NYYYYYYYYYYY
ABC123474YYYYYYYYYNYY
ABC123475NYYYYYYYYNNY
ABC123476YYYYYYYYYNYY
ABC123477NYYYYYYYYNYY
ABC123478YYYYYYYYYNYY

I tried to find the right format in 'Value Field Settings' list but non of them shows the expected result.

Thank you in advance.
