Create caculated field in pivot table from two other caculated fields

I need to create a caculated feild that utilizes the result of "Count of Release" and "Sum of Rev" results.  =Sum of Rev/Count of Release.  The result for Ingersoll Rand Mocksville should be 155%, i think.   

Any ideas on how to do this?  Any help is appreciated.
