Excel CSV file - Enforce MIME type

Hi,

When i create a CSV file on Excel 2010 I want to enforce the underlying MIME / content-type is "text/csv". No matter what I do it is always "application/vnd.ms-excel"

This is important as I need to export the file to an external program that expects text/csv.
