MS - Excel 2013 Issues

Hi,

Greetings.

I am using MS Excel 2013. I am facing the below problems in it.     

1. In Excel 2013, when i try to open a excel file with formulas, the formulas are changing into “#VALUE!”.

Both this are working fine  in Excel 2007 and 2010.
