Excel 2010 controls change size

Hello,

I have an Excel 2010-workbook (xlsm) with several controls in it like buttons, optionfields and dropdowns and I have the frequently discussed problem that they change their size automaticly. Sometimes when showing on a beamer or simply when I click on a control and then click a cell.

I've tried the solution to make the controls independent from cell position- and size but without success. I've read of a hotfix for Excel 2003, but there's no one for 2010?

I there any new solution or workaround for this?
