Protect Excel file with Slicers and keep functionality

Hello everyone, I have a question that should be a way to handle.

Background scenario

I have a Excel file (2010 / 2013 it's the same) that has Pivot Tables/Pivot Charts and Slicers connected to a SSAS cube. What I want to try is to avoid end users to make front-end modifications such delete Pivot Chart/Pivot Table or even Slicers BUT needs to keep the refresh and Slicers functionality

Anyone had this question/situation before? any way to handle it?
