Excel 2010 IRR function

I am having a problem getting a result using the IRR function with a series of cash flows. I get a #NUM error using IRR in left column. If you change the first cash flow to ($5,905,750), a result will appear.  For example, ($5,905,750) results in an IRR of 15.26%. However, when I input ($5,905,800) I begin getting the #NUM error.  I have tried the XIRR with no resolution in the problem.  I have similar IRR calculations that work when the initial investment is negative with several positive cash flows and then the remaining as negative cash flows, so it does not appear to be a problem with switching of negative to positive to negative. The cash flows are as follows.

 IRR CALCULATION 1IRR CALCULATION 2
